CELOS for continuous digitisation of the shop floor

CELOS in the machine and on the shop floor provides you with support in the integrated digitisation process. The APP-based control and operation system is a key part of CELOS Machine and enables access to all information that is relevant to production via the control system. Intuitive CELOS APPs enable continuous digitisation from the planning stage, right through to manufacturing and service. With the supplementary CELOS PC Version, you can add, manage and transfer production orders directly to the CELOS machine.

CELOS UPDATE

PLC-independent update from any existing CELOS version

With CELOS Update, you can update your existing CELOS machine to the latest version quickly and easily. PLC-independent and with no data loss.

With CELOS 2019, the access to proprietary applications and systems is now possible by using the Application Connector. The new Job Import functionality of the Job Manager automatically enables the direct transfer of orders from any MES/ERP to CELOS. Also new in CELOS 2019 is the new DMG MORI Messenger and direct access to the customer portal my DMG MORI via the CELOS user interface.

Connectivity free as standard in all DMG MORI machines

DMG MORI Connectivity offers secure networking of DMG MORI and selected 3rd party machines. All international, well-established protocols, such as MQTT, MTconnect and OPC UA as well as the new “umati” language are supported. DMG MORI Connectivity also enables easy machine data acquisition via MDE interface and the connection to all significant IoT platforms, e.g. ADAMOS, MindSphere, FIELD system. DMG MORI Connectivity ensures optimum integration of the machine into the production process.
