NEW // Dire Direct import of orders from own MES and ERP systems into CELOS
With the new job import function of JOB MANAGER you can take over orders directly from the existing MES & ERP in CELOS. Order data no longer has to be transferred manually from the MES system to CELOS because automatic data exchange from the MES to CELOS can be set up.
This makes it easier to create, process and archive orders on several machines.
NEW // Remote access to own applications and systems directly on CELOS
With the new APPLICATION CONNECTOR you can create your own applications, such as ERP and MES systems or your own NC and production data management can be used directly on the CELOS machine. Access to information from the Internet or Intranet can also be enabled.
The setup is simple:
1. Use the SETTINGS APP to select whether to the Internet or an application in the system is to be accessed,
2. determine the connection destination,
3. define a name and select your own icon.
At the push of a button the new connection is available as a separate "APP" on the CELOS user interface. Up to 20 connections on CELOS as separate "APPs".
NEW // Call your own TULIP APPs directly in CELOS. For quality, production and error tracking at the machine.
With the TULIP PLAYER you can call up and execute own APPs, which were created to support machine operation, directly via CELOS.
The user does not need any programming knowledge to create the APPs. Easily adaptable templates facilitate, for example, the creation of APPs for interactive machine training, missing part messages or step-by-step instructions for troubleshooting.
A TULIP license is required.

The MESSERNGER can be used for all machines and devices connected via DMG MORI Connectivity. Thus, for the first time, CELOS functionality is also available for 3rd-party products and other devices with the MESSENGER.
During development, DMG MORI took customer feedback into account. Among other things, the dashboard of the MESSENGER can be individually configured and individual one-page reports can be generated.

The POWER PROBE supports in-process workpiece inspection using Renishaw's machine-integrated probes.
It provides automated display and documentation of the geometric measurement results and visualizes warning and Error limits by means of clear traffic light display
The POWER PROBE is an optional APP (not standard) and is available for the use of Renishaw probes in DMG MORI machines with CELOS.
NEW // Access to the DMG MORI customer portal for continuous service optimization
The latest CELOS version offers direct access to the my DMG MORI customer portal, which allows users to organize and optimize all service processes around their DMG MORI machines.
With my DMG MORI, every customer can now send service requests directly online, track the status of requests live and access all documents in an extensive library around the clock.
Registration is simple:
1. Free registration on my DMGMORI.com!
2. Short-term activation by DMG MORI.
3. Automatic filling of the portal including all machine master data.
